Hi guys,
I've been reading around the forums and found quite a bit of useful information which I hope to apply.
I've had my product up on Clickbank for a while with very little success. The stats are below.
hop count: 7143
order form impression: 39
hops per order form impression: 183
sales: 0
To be honest, I don't yet understand what any of this means! We have a pretty good conversion rate selling direct through our website at about 1.2% purchase.
Site is below. If I'm not supposed to post that here, please delete it.

Can anyone give me feedback as to what this all means?
I'm going to start posting on affiliate forums looking to get more affiliates on board, as per recommendations in another thread on here. I wanted to check whether there is anything important I need to do first.
Thanks a bunch
Phil |

Phil
7143 people clicked on the affiliate links to get to your sales page.
Only 39 progressed though to the order form. |

Thanks Harvey.
Ok, so there's something wrong with people clicking on the order form but then not going through with a purchase and not enough going through to the order form in the first place, correct? |

1. They will only go through to the order form if your sales page convinces them. Also making them enter contact details is an unnecessary barrier
2. Going to an order form does not mean they will necessarily buy. Maybe they wanted to see what followed the Buy Now link. e.g a special offer
Do you have a figure for Order Form Submits ? |

Ok cool, I will delete the need for contact details. Will also delete the rest of the site that is visible and unnecessary.
Are details of order form submits available in the Clickbank reports? |

Ah yes. That is zero also.
So people go to the order form, but then do not submit.
I just went through and realised they add VAT on after you click through to the order form. D'oh!
I imagine that, along with having to enter details twice are major barriers. Is there potentially anything else I should look in to?
Edit: is it also a good idea to change the price to dollars? |

If it's a world-wide audience (and not restricted to the UK) then yes |
